Finding the building
Ann Street is easy. The entrance is the bit people miss.
The door sits between a coffee shop and a lobby for an office tower, in a 1926 stone facade with the number 80 above it in brass.

By train
Central Station is a seven minute walk. Leave by the Ann Street exit, head downhill towards the river and look for the brass number on your right.

From the airport
The Airtrain runs every fifteen minutes to Central. A taxi takes about twenty-five minutes outside of peak hour and costs roughly $55 to $65.

By car
Turn off Ann Street into the loading bay, then into the underbuilding car park. The clearance is 2.1 metres and parking is $28 a night, booked with your room.

On foot
From the Queen Street Mall, walk two blocks down towards the river. It takes four minutes and you will pass the library on the way.

Anything sent before 4 pm Brisbane time gets an answer the same day. Messages that arrive overnight are answered before lunch the next morning. If your booking is within 48 hours, ring rather than email, just to be safe.
Yes. Call the number above between 7 am and 10 pm and the desk will hold the room while you find a card. We take a single night's deposit to confirm and the rest is charged when you arrive.
Often, yes, especially midweek. Friday and Saturday nights are usually full by Thursday, so check first. If we are full we will point you to one of two nearby hotels we trust.

We keep items for three months and then they go to a charity in Woolloongabba. Ring the desk with the dates of your stay and a description of what is missing, and we will check the cupboard.
